Service Support

We tailor our service support packages to the needs of our customers. Everyone is different, from the number and type of trucks they run, to the type of application and the duty cycle.

Service 360
For the single truck user who owns their truck and works in a clean environment doing up to 500 hours per annum. Service 360 includes all routine servicing, Thorough Examination, and access to discounted short term hire rates.

Service 720
For multi-truck users running equipment they own, purchased through us or not, doing up to 2000 hours per annum. Service 720 includes all routine servicing, Thorough Examination, and access to discounted short term hire rates.

Contract Maintenance
This can be applied to trucks you own (through us or other 3rd party) or trucks you hire or lease through us. Contract maintenance is all inclusive covering labour, travel, parts and routine servicing. Contract Maintenance excludes repairs to damaged or misused equipment. We can tailor contract maintenance to include tyre and forks

Contract Maintenance Partnership
This is based on the elements of Contact Maintenance, and involves a Partnership Agreement whereby we guarantee key performance indicators based around maximising uptime in your duty cycle. Aimed at the contract user with uptime-critical operations, the Partnership Agreement makes service provision guarantees part of the contract, and gives the customer performance based rebates and contract review opportunities to ensure our compliance.

Service 247
Our round the clock, all year round service for the busy multi-shifting user with contract maintenance where minimising downtime is critical.
